A wedding invitation needs to reflect more than the date and time of your wedding day.  When guests receive your 'Inviting Elegance' invitation they will recognize your personality, the feeling of your upcoming wedding; as well as your love for each other.  Even the wedding verse will be special!

Brides and grooms spend countless hours planning their perfect wedding.  By selecting  elegant and quality invitations, your guests are instantly aware of how important this day is to you both.  

Together we will design your original invitation and I will offer you a wide selection of papers, embellishments, sizes, styles, wording and graphics.  I am proud to be carrying the Envelopments® line which is well-known in the wedding industry for their quality line of papers. 

Custom designed invitations ensure that your guests will not disregard the invitation, but will treasure the invitation as a keepsake. 

What is included in the invitation package?

An invitation package includes five pieces:  the invitation, reply card, an additional card (for reception, directions, accommodations, etc.), an addressed reply envelope and an outer envelope. 

Full assembly of your invitation is completed prior to delivery so all you need to do is address and mail your invitations to your guests. 

There are no minimum orders so you only pay for as many invitations as you require ... always order a handful of extra for special keepsakes!

What is the price range?

Each couple is treated in an unique manner and that allows you to select your favourite blend of paper, embellishments and style.  If your budget does not allow for a more expensive package, I can create a similar invitation using less paper, etc.  That is the beauty of custom work and Inviting Elegance will meet your needs. 

When should we meet to discuss our invitations?

It is important for us to meet with enough time for design and assembly to take place and allowing yourself enough time to mail the invitations 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding day.  5-6 months ahead of the wedding day is ideal.

Keep in mind though that rush orders are possible!  I once met a bride-to-be and within two weeks of the first meeting, delivered 115 invitations for a wedding day just 3 months away!

What hapens at our first meeting?

At the initial meeting, you will look through my collection of designs, paper samples and verse book.  We will work together to create your own, distinctive invitation. The second meeting will occur a week or so later with the completed proof for your approval.  When the invitation is perfect a contract is signed, a 50% deposit is required and the delivery date is set.

Do you only offer wedding invitations?

Not at all!  I often create bridal shower invitations for my clients and afterwards, baby shower invitations!  Holiday cards are a wonderful way to wish everyone on your list your very best.  Birthday cards add a special finishing touch to your gift and are often cherished.  Anniversary or retirement parties, baptisms ... any celebration at all deserves a special invitation. 

Corporate events that chose custom menus, elegant table numbers and personalized seating charts are often more professional with Inviting Elegance stationery.

You select the style, design and text of your stationery ... there are no limit to what can be included in your invitation.  Shuttle details, dietary restrictions, directions, song requests, sight seeing information, hotel contacts, history of the venue, etc. Over the years, I have mastered taking all your requests and arranging the pertinent information in a pretty but informative manner for your guests.
